CUSTOMIZATIONS: Any listed product can be customized. Additional costs may apply for customizations. Always message me first if you have any questions. Some products may not have the space or shape to add a customization. Some listings have custom options available through the drop down menus.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you don’t see what you’re looking for in my shop, message me for a custom order.

CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING: Custom orders are not eligible for "free" shipping. The applicable shipping fee will be applied. This will be shown in your custom listing (including the shipping method).

ORDER EARLY: All products are made to order. Allow enough time for processing, production, and transit. It is recommended you order at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

"NEED BY" DATE: Be sure to add the "need by" date in the "notes to seller" section of your order.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME (not including shipping transit time): 3 - 5 days. This is production time, not shipping transit time (shipping transit times are listed under Shipping Methods and Transit Times). This may not apply to all custom orders.

Rush Orders: Rush orders are accepted with the additional of a rush order fee. Message me first before placing a rush order.

Shipping alerts are listed in my store announcements. Refunds are not issued for items delayed in transit (US or Int'l).

US: USPS Priority (avg. 2 - 4 days; not guaranteed for delivery date), USPS Express (1 - 2 days, guaranteed by USPS), Fed Ex (upon request); I'm NOT responsible for shipping delays, breakage, package loss, package or customer mishandling. Delayed (in excess of the 1 - 2 business day USPS guarantee) US Express Mail is eligible for shipping fee refund only (refund = 2 - 6 weeks).

If your package is marked as "delivered," refunds are not offered if it isn't present at the destination. This is a USPS matter and must be handled through them. You can file a claim on their website or contact your local post office.

International orders will take an average of 6 - 8 weeks transit time (in addition to my production time of 3 - 5 days).

INT'L SHIPPING METHOD: USPS First Class Int'l (4 - 8 weeks avg transit time, plus production time, some countries have shorter/longer transit times, transit times are NOT guaranteed). International orders are not eligible for "free shipping." Shipping upgrades are available upon request.

INT'L FEES: VAT MAY or MAY NOT be included. I am NOT responsible for breakage, transit time, loss, and additional fees. Buyer is responsible for any fees, holds, pickup notices, order tracking, and messages.

INGREDIENTS: Products consist of edible/food safe materials (fondant, tylose, gumpaste, edible airbrush, edible dusts, and other edible decorations). I DON'T recommended toppers for consumption due to their hardened nature (toppers harden as they dry). Some toppers contain central supports (food-safe cocktail, food-safe lollipop sticks, covered wires).

CENTRAL SUPPORT NOTE: If a central support (food grade support, support wires, cocktail stick, or other item) is used and remains present in the final product, you will see it noted in the listing details and on your "Helpful Information" sheet (shipped with every order).

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, OTHER: Some specialty options are available via a custom order. Message me for details.

COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK: I will NOT reproduce items with trademarks/copyrights, logos, and brand names. I will reproduce certain items if you have a valid copyright/trademark release. A copy must be forwarded to me with validation prior to production (eg you own the company for which you are requesting a logo reproduction). Message me if you have any questions.

PUBLIC DOMAIN: I will reproduce items in public domain (eg original Alice in Wonderland, Beatrix Potter, Charles Dickens). Productions are based on the original artwork or story, not later releases. Message me if you have any questions.

STORAGE AND CARE UNTIL USE: Never freeze or refrigerate your topper(s) as this can cause moisture to collect. Do not expose them to liquid, moisture, extreme light, strong air currents, or other drastic environmental conditions as it may change the color and consistency of your item. All toppers should be covered/protected and stored in a dark, cool location (if not being immediately used). You can choose to unwrap your toppers when they arrive or leave them wrapped until usage.

HELPFUL INFORMATION SHEET: A "helpful information" sheet is included with every order with tips for storage, usage, and keepsake maintenance.

KEEPSAKES: The "helpful information" sheet contains information for retaining your topper as a keepsake after use.

CANCELLATIONS: Items are custom made for you so cancellations are not accepted.

BREAKAGE: I am NOT responsible for transit breakage. Each package is insured for this. Claims are via USPS (average 2 - 6 weeks for resolution). Photographic validation of breakage and box will be required. Keep any damaged pieces, the USPS may want to see them. I am not responsible for customer breakage (box opening, dropping, or other).

USPS OR OTHER CARRIER DELIVERY: I have no control over transit time or additional information once a packages is handed off to the shipping carrier. Orders marked as “delivered” are not refundable as “lost” if the customer states it has not been received. All transit times are estimates as shown.

PLEASE READ: Please read all communications from my shop or other communications regarding your order (US and Int'l). Customers are responsible to respond where necessary.

MESSAGES: You will receive consistent communication from start to finish regarding your order status (order confirmation, shipping date confirmation, shipping confirmation, and questions/other where applicable).

PACKAGING METHOD: All packages are very well protected with bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts, as well as other materials.

LOCAL ORDERS: Sweetavations is internet based. Local orders are NOT available for pickup. Local delivery is available with a delivery fee within a specific geographic area. Message me for details.

COSTS: My products are fairly priced based on supplies, production time, and shipping options.
